The criminalization of terrorist offences and strengthening of international cooperation

The open briefing will bring together representatives from Member States and international organizations, as well as civil society, to explore how international cooperation on bringing terrorists to justice in accordance with resolution 1373 (2001) and other resolutions can be enhanced through reliance on clear and precise legislation that criminalizes terrorist acts in accordance with the rule of law and relevant international standards.
