This document is the Final Report of the evaluation of activities related to Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) financed by the European Union (EU) under the Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP). According to the Terms of Reference (TOR), the evaluation’s main objective is to assess the continued relevance and overall performance to date of the SALW activities supported by the IcSP. The evaluation is also requested to identify key lessons and propose practical recommendations for follow-up action.
